Common contributors include blood flow, medication effects, sleep, alcohol, smoking, diabetes, hormones, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and low desire. Porn may be an indirect contributor for some people when use is unwanted, compulsive, anxiety-linked, body-image-linked, or paired with arousal patterns that do not transfer well to partnered sex.
